Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
The service
ProposalCraft helps you draft freelance proposals from a job post and your own background. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that using it will win you work, or that generated text will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
Your responsibility for output
The tool produces a draft. Nothing is ever submitted automatically. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking every proposal before you send it — and for making sure it’s truthful and complies with the rules of whatever platform you use. AI can make mistakes; the final proposal is yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ProposalCraft to:
- create content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights;
- misrepresent experience or qualifications you don’t have;
- abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service — including the free allowance or the credit system.
Credits & refunds
Credits are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and they don’t expire. Each generated proposal consumes a credit; refinements and retries after a failed generation are free. Because credits deliver a digital result immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If something went wrong — you were charged but didn’t receive credits, for example — contact us using the email on your receipt and we’ll make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProposalCraft and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost work, lost profits, or the content of any proposal you send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
